1. Size The maximum size may be W25×H20M, adopting stacking-up and overlap types of opening and closing, with the opening speed of 0.8-1.4M/S and the closing speed of 0.5-1.0M/S;
2. Structure of door frame and material of curtain
The door frame adopts the high quality cold rolled steel plate with the thickness of 2.0mm produced by Baosteel, which has been treated by baking and spray painting, or the door frame adopts the stainless steel column frame with the thickness of 2.0MM.
3. The industrial fabric coated with PVC produced by SIOEN Company (France) is applied, with the anti-tearing value of 600N/600N (longitude/latitude), the tensile strength of 4000/3500 (longitude/latitude) N5cm, the applicable temperature of -30+70 ℃, the color fastness of Grade 7 to 8, and the peeling strength of 100N/5cm. The optional transparent window is available.
4. Safety performance At the bottom of the doorpost is installed an infrared security protection system device, and on the door body is installed the red photo electricity warning lamp to give warning during operation.
5. Anti-wind performance This type of products, with strong ability of anti-wind (wind force of less than Grade 10), mainly applies to the door opening of large area, and the door opening and channel under the adverse wind pressure condition.
6. Sealing performance
At the bottom is installed a piece of elastic PVC base cloth, which can integrate with various types of uneven ground closely. The doorpost adopts our special dual layer brushes, thus increasing the tightness.
7.Power performance
The electric motor of world famous brand of SEW; three phase, 380V or 220V; Power: 0.75KW-3.0KW, IP55 50HZ.
