Product technical requirements:
1. Refer to the style of the industrial sliding door in the picture.
2, the order of the door is required to use a single-single push-pull type, built-in small door in the middle of the door, using a thickness of 1mm blue 304 stainless steel, filled with polyurethane, pressed lines, door thickness 4.0mm. The small door is 100mm from the bottom and is fixed by three loose-leaf pages. The front and rear sides of the small door can be manually opened. See attached photo. The size of the small door: height * width = 1700mm * 700mm; the door needs to be equipped with convenient handles and locks. Seals are provided on both sides of the small door to ensure a tight bond.
3. Adopting the upper load-bearing method: the weight of the door body is heavy on the upper suspension, and the lower part is not provided with the guide rail. The strength of the load-bearing track on the upper part of the door body must meet the bearing requirements, the bearing performance is excellent, and the door body runs reliably. Upper rail length: 3600mm, track thickness: 3.6mm, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant.
4. When the door body is running, the friction is small, and the opening is light and stable.
5, the use of environmental conditions: wet environment at sea, mechanical deck.
